Thomas Tool & Mold Company is a full service manufacturer of small to medium sized tools for the plastic injection molding industry.  From initial part design to manufacturing, from tryout to production runs, we have been providing Ohio and beyond with quality molds since 1989.

    At Thomas Tool and Mold Company, we make tooling for the plastic injection molding industry as well as serve a variety of machining needs to suit customers.  Located near Columbus Ohio, we have extensive capabilities including CAD, basic milling, cnc machining, grinding, EDM, wire EDM and injection molding to name a few.
    To get an idea into reality, we can assist with part design, prototype part fabrication, prototype tooling, and design refinement.  Once the part design is solidified, we specialize in mold design and manufacture of a high quality injection mold for your custom part.  After a mold is built to make the part, we can sample or run production part in our 110 ton injection molding machine.
